About the SureFast Feedwheel Tensioner

The SureFast RBFPH/32 Feedwheel Tensioner is a reliable tool for tensioning Steel Banding over extremely heavy pallets and crates, it is designed to tighten metal banding for a secure load. The Feedwheel within the tensioner tool engages the strapping firmly, and there is no limit to the amount of strap that it can pull out. Fast and easy to use, this RBFPH/32 Tensioner has a longer handle and an ergonomic framework which allows for an effortless application at even the highest of tensions.

It is recommended that this tool is used on flat surfaces with open seals for ease of application. The use of a sealer or crimper is also required when tensioning your banding.

What Is The Difference Between The Pusher Type & The Standard Steel Tensioners?

Pusher Type Tools do exactly the same job as standard tensioners except that the Pusher Type Tensioners require closed seals (LapOver Seals) and standard tensioners, including this Feedwheel Tensioner, require open seals.

When using a Pusher Type Tensioner, a LapOver seal is placed before the band is tensioned. When using a standard tensioner, a seal is to be placed after the band is tensioned.
