About HCL Smart Tie

Smart® Ties are extremely durable ties made from a range of high-temperature polymers making them capable of withstanding temperatures up to 250°C

The installation process is extremely easy and if a speedy application is necessary pneumatic installation tool is available. Popular in subsea and downhole applications. Often used to clamp cables for protection and restraint purposes.

Smart ® Tie is a patented heavy duty polymer cable tie, able to withstand system loads in excess of 100 kg. It has the advantage of being manufactured from a range of high-temperature polymers, giving it superior chemical and temperature resistance up to 250°C (certain sizes only)

The Smart ® Tie is also used widely in offshore applications such as Cable Protection and can be manufactured from long-life Nylon 11 or 12.
