About the SureFast HD Action Sealer

The Heavy Duty manual double notch sealer is designed to crimp steel seals onto 32mm steel strapping. The double notch sealing action seals for an enhanced grip to ensure that packages are secured properly. The RB32SAS tool has the unique ability to apply seals side on, which all in all, reduces operator strain, making it easier for you to use, especially when dealing with the heavy duty applications.

This SureFast sealer is perfect for sealing loads such as heavy pallets, wooden crates, and bundles for export shipping. This tool has high grips and long handles to emphasise secure sealing, making it ideal for even the toughest of jobs.

Use this tool with LapOver seals of the same width. Please note that the seals and the strapping used have to be the same size in order for this tool to work. So, your steel banding should be 32mm and LapOver seals should also be 32mm for this tool to be used to its best. Use this sealer in conjunction with a heavy duty tensioner.

What tools will tension 32mm steel banding?

We recommend using the SureFast Feedwheel Steel Tensioner (RBFRP/32) in conjunction with this tool as it tensions heavy duty steel band ranging from 19mm to 32mm. It has a long handle which gives more leverage when securing extremely heavy items and can be used on both horizontal and vertical axes.
