The BAND-IT G402 Giant Stainless Steel Banding Tool is ideal for use on applications that require extra strength to apply giant stainless steel band and buckles. The G402 has a Threaded Tension Nut integrated into the handle of the tool which provides superior wear protection, especially when in use. This tool has a blue epoxy powder coating which resists corrosive environments. The Giant Stainless Steel Banding tool can tension and cut off the tail of the clamp being formed.

The Simple 6-Step Application Process

1 - Clamp the band into the tool

2 - Turn the handle of the G402 tool to form tension around the application

3 - Once the correct tension has been reached, roll the nose of the tool over the buckle, at the same time relieve a slight amount of tension by turning the handle backwards.

4 - Pull the cutting handle to cut the band

5 - Hammer down the tail between the buckle ears

6 - Finally, hammer down the ears of the buckle to secure the tail
